We make a big effort to keep the website content up to date, we are not responsible for the reliability of content posted on the website and we do not take responsibility for any damage caused by the use of the content on this website, including: product inventory, shipping times, guides, videos, external links that appear on the website, etc.

We reserve the right to update and revise this document without prior notice.

It is the user responsibility to stay updated from time to time.

Whenever we will need to contact you the contact information entered in the website will be used, therefore, please enter the exact and detailed information. Incorrect detail input will be at your own responsibility.


If you would like to add a product to an order that has already been placed contact us as soon as possible so that we can add the products and pack them together. In case the first order has been already packed and adding a new product would require repackaging, additional charges may apply (with your consent) for the re-packaging of all the products together. In any case, if the first order has been shipped the shipping cost will not be refunded and the additional order will be considered as a new order that includes all the regular charges.

Any use of a coupon or discount will be applied to the current order. You can not apply discounts for products that were added after the initial order.

If you order a product that is not in stock, even if otherwise was stated on the website, we will contact you using the email address you provided during the order placement and you will be given the option to choose one of the following options:

  1. Choosing a product similar to the product you have ordered.
  2. Refund and cancellation of the order.
  3. Order of the product will be placed and the product will be shipped as soon as new stock arrives.

We photograph our products in a way that describes the products, their color, shape, and size best. yet, because of the different settings on different screens the colors may look different in reality, returns or refunds for reasons related to differences in color or shape will not be accepted.

All the product dimensions were measured by us with a very high level of accuracy, nonetheless we are not responsible for their accuracy.

All the hoops on the website are measured from the outside, which means, the outer diameter of the hoop is being measured.

In all of our handmade products, there may be a deviation from the wanted size.

We reserve the right not to accept / cancel any order for any reason even if you received a confirmation of order receipt by email or in any form. In case your order is canceled you will receive an email to the email address you have entered during the booking process and you will be refunded.


We will do our best to ship the order within 3-5 business days in addition to custom-made products manufacturing times.

All packages are shipped with a tracking number that will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of the order. You are responsible for tracking the package. If the package is not picked up and as a result will be returned to us, we will not be able to refund you for the shipment and you will have to pay the cost of shipping again.

We use the services of “Israel post”, all the shipping times as appear on the website are provided to us by “Israel Post” and it is responsible for the time and quality of service (TOS appear on “Israel Post” website).

We make every effort that our products will be delivered new and intact after our quality tests and as fast as possible and yet, from the moment the package leaves for delivery we have no control and access to it. We are not responsible for any delay, loss or damage caused to the package during shipment. In any of these cases we will file a complaint with “Israel post” and only after receiving a refund from “Israel post” we will issue you a refund.

You are responsible for the information provided to us. In Case the shipment did not arrived at its destination due to incorrect or wrong information you provided us with we will not be able to refund you for the shipment and you will have to pay for for the shipping again.

Self pickup – self pickup is available from Kfar Yona. Please contact us to coordinate a self pickup before ordering. Please do not arrive for a self pickup without prior notice(!) Pickup times should suit both you and us.

We ship to the countries listed in the country selection form. If your country is not listed please contact us, we will calculate the cost of shipping and will add the country to the form.


No matter what please do not send back the product without contacting us first. If you want to return a product, contact us within 3 business days of receipt of the product. It is your responsibility to check the product you received, and make sure you have received the product you have ordered.

Returned products must be in new condition, without signs of use, and without any damage when the product reaches us we will examine it and if any repairs are needed to return it to new condition you will be charged for the cost of the repair. In any case returns will not be accepted after 14 business days from receipt of the product by mail.

a return will be approved in case a product was sent to you by mistake or a product that was not manufactured according to your request. In this case we will refund you with shipping cost and will guide you on how to send the product back to us.

We can not receive back custom-made products such as the LED hoops made by your requirements.

Changes that will be made after the manufacturing will be subject to additional charges as any change service we offer as a paid service, such as hoop reduction.

Different screens with different settings may show different colors then in real life, take this into consideration when you make an order. returns will not be accepted due to this reason.

In case you order a product that is not custom-made and regret or you want a different product, and the product is not yet sent to you, contact us as soon as possible and inform us. If the shipment has already shipped to you, we can not refund the cost of delivery. You can send the product back to us in its original package and when it reaches us we will refund you or send you a new product of your choice.

Privacy Policy

Your credit card information is not stored with us and we do not even have access to it. Payment is made through a secure system “PayPal”, an international reliable payment company.

Our website is secure and uses SSL security protocol. All the information you provide us with is encrypted during the transfer process in order to keep anyone else from reading it.

By using the website you agree we save the personal information you have entered in the website to our servers: address, first and last name, phone number, email address etc.

We use this data to complete and execute your order, contact you, and extrapolate the data to help us improve and adapt our services better for you.

Also, your data will be used to send advertising messages regarding our new products, offers, and other updates. If you would like us to remove you from this mailing list, send us an email message to hulahoopmazi@gmail.com and ask us to remove you from the list. Your privacy is important to us and that is why we are obligated to not trade or transfer your personal data you provided us with, such as addresses, names and email addresses to any third parties, unless a service that requires it was ordered by him or if required by law.


Our products are designed to be played and used, any wear and tear caused by the very use of the product is not covered by the warranty. The films decorating the hoops wear off and peel off with time and use of the hoop.

If you acquired Led product custom-made by us you qualify for a product warranty that varies by product only with purchase receipt, so keep the receipt.

Warranty does not cover: breakage, water damage and corrosion, exposure to extreme heat or continuous heat, unreasonable use of the product or loss of a controller or a battery supplied with the product.

If there is a defect in the product that is covered under warranty, you will need to contact us and send the product to us at your expense in a safe manner that will not cause damage to the product during shipping.

After receiving the product and fixing it we will sent it back to you at our expense.

Do not send a product for repair without contacting us first and receiving and approval from us first.

We use one of the best batteries you can find in the market, but nevertheless, a battery loses its capacity over time and we recommend purchasing a new battery when this happens.

In any case, there is no warranty on batteries.

Repairs of products under warranty are our top priority, we will do our best to fix and send you back the product within 3-5 business days.

Take care and love your equipment. This is the best way to extend its life.
